Exhibitions and Innovations

We are excited to invite you to participate in our upcoming biennial conference, which will be held at the Kenya International Convention Centre (KICC) in Nairobi from June 12th to 14th, 2024.   The conference seeks to bring together leading scholars, researchers, innovators, and experts from various fields to discuss and share their insights on the theme, “Catalyzing Systemic Social Transformation Through Research and Innovation.
As an exhibitor at the conference, you will have the opportunity to showcase your products and services to a diverse audience of professionals from academia, industry, and government agencies.  Therefore, the conference offers a unique opportunity to interact with a wide audience, stakeholders, and partners, and to network with other exhibitors and distinguished speakers.

The conference offers various exhibitor packages to cater for the needs and budget of your organization. These include:

  1. Exhibition space: Based on the package you select; you will be granted space to showcase your products or services at the conference venue. You may also have the option to customize with signage or displays to assist in capturing customer attention to your organization.
  2. Brand visibility: You will be offered publicity through the conference website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials. Depending on the package you choose, you may also receive additional brand visibility through logos and advertisements and on our conference materials.
  3. Networking opportunities: As an exhibitor, you are allowed to attend exclusive networking events at the conference and to interact with various speakers and exhibitors. Your organization will also have the privilege of meeting potential customers and partners during networking sessions.

Guidelines/Important Notes to Innovators /Exhibitors

  • Each Exhibitor/Innovator will be allocated a both (3mx3m) as the standard exhibition space, a table, power source and two chairs.
  • An exhibitor will be allowed to brand their own booths.
  • The Commission for University Education will cater for the lunches and teas for two (2) people per exhibitor during the period of the conference.
  • Every Exhibitor/Innovator will cater for their own transport costs for their personnel to and from the venue including their exhibition/innovation merchandise.
  • Exhibitors will be allowed to trade their merchandise to the conference attendances on a willing buyer willing seller basis with no restrictions from the CUE.
  • To ensure that as many organizers as possible can be accommodated, exhibition proponents are strongly encouraged to partner and involve several other co-organizers.
  • Exhibitors/Innovators requiring extra space will have to pay after consulting the conference conveners.
  • CUE will make every effort to accommodate all eligible requests for exhibitions. However, due to the high level of demand expected for exhibitions during the conference, it might not be possible to accommodate all requests.
  • Exhibitions will be accommodated on the grounds outside the conference venue (COMESA Grounds).
  • Generally, exhibition spaces can only accommodate hanging exhibits (such as pictures, posters, portraits, and banners), table displays, standalone exhibits and small display cases. All financial costs and charges associated with the services provided should be the responsibility of the exhibitors/innovators organizers.
  • No security services are made available explicitly for the exhibition spaces during the exhibition exercise.
  • Publicizing an exhibition is the responsibility of its organizers. The Commission will not produce fliers, distribute notices, or run other publicity or outreach efforts on behalf of the exhibitors.
