Mr. Victor Ogunyo

Mr. Ogunyo has extensive work experience in internal audit, finance, accounting, administration, human resource management and corporate governance gained through training, practice and while working in multicultural organisation in the public and private sector over the last fifteen years. Mr. Ogunyo is highly skilled in developing and implementing organisation specific policies, procedures, guidelines and standards; using result-based performance management skills and tools to support implementation of organisation strategies; and providing high level systems and services for effective institutional financial management. Mr. Ogunyo is adept at organizational development, risk management, talent management, strategic leadership and corporate governance.

 Mr. Ogunyo holds a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management) from Africa Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting, Business Administration and Management) from Daystar University. He also holds a Higher Diploma in Business Technical Education Programme (Human Resource Management) from the College of Human Resource Management. Mr. Ogunyo is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). He is also an active member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
